Roles and access: how each role is given

Steps

1. 1

   Step 1: Player — anyone with an account

   Sign up yourself on AuraZet Sports or on a facility's page. After joining, open Player Home — your Player Guide is there.

   Step 2: Facility owner — creates the facility

   The person who sets up a facility with Launch Your Facility. After verifying your email you land in your facility's admin at yourfacility.booking.aurazet.com/admin; Help holds your Facility Guide.

3. 3

   Step 3: Manager — invited by the facility

   Runs the facility with the owner. Given by an owner or a manager through an email invitation. After accepting, sign in at the facility's /admin.

   Step 4: Staff — invited by the facility

   Works the front desk. Given by an owner or a manager through an email invitation. After accepting, sign in at the facility's /admin; you see what your role allows.

5. 5

   Step 5: Coach — approved by the facility

   Coaches at a facility once it approves them — by applying from its Coaches page or by invitation. After approval, sign in at the facility's /coach.

6. 6

   Step 6: Community roles — inside a Community

   Owner (whoever creates it), organiser (made by the owner) and member (joins, requests or is invited). These are separate from facility roles.
