Become a coach at a facility

Steps

   Step 1: Choose how you'll join

   Apply yourself from the facility's Coaches page, or ask the facility to invite you — they can invite your email from their admin.

   Step 2: To apply: sign in as a player

   On the facility's site, sign in (or create an account), open Coaches and choose Apply to coach.

   Step 3: Fill in your application

   Enter the name players will see, a short bio and your hourly rate (leave it blank if free). Your application is pending until the facility decides.

   Step 4: Wait for approval

   A manager or owner approves or rejects it. You're emailed either way. You can withdraw a pending application, and reapply after a rejection.

   Step 5: Open your coach workspace

   Once approved, sign in at yourfacility.booking.aurazet.com/coach to publish your profile and add your available times.

What happens next

Players can find and book you only after you're approved AND you publish your profile.

If something goes wrong

The invitation fails because the email already has an account

Facility invitations only reach emails without an account. Apply from the Coaches page instead and ask the facility to approve you.
