Join AuraZet as a facility owner

Create your facility and your owner account in one guided setup, then verify your email to open your facility's admin.

For: Owners setting up a new facility. Managers don't use this — they're invited by the owner.

Before you start

  • An email address that doesn't already have an AuraZet account — the setup creates your account, and an existing account can't be used.
  • Your facility's name, address area, opening hours and your courts' hourly prices.

Steps

  1. Step 1: Start the setup

    On AuraZet Sports, choose Launch Your Facility (or go to /sports/onboard). There's no separate sign-up first: the setup creates your owner account.

  2. Step 2: Create your account

    Enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters, twice.

  3. Step 3: Name your facility and choose its web address

    Enter the facility name. A web address is suggested from it, e.g. yourfacility.booking.aurazet.com — you can edit it while it says it's available. Use 3–30 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. The address can't be changed later in the admin, so choose carefully.

  4. Step 4: Choose your country and location

    Pick your country, then search for or select your region, province and city. Countries and sports not yet open show as Coming soon.

  5. Step 5: Pick your sport

    Choose the main sport your facility offers.

  6. Step 6: Add your courts

    Give each court a name, a surface and an hourly price. New facilities start on the Free plan, which currently allows one court — add one court now and add the rest after you upgrade in Billing.

  7. Step 7: Set your opening hours

    Choose the opening and closing hour. The same hours apply every day; you can add holidays and special hours later.

  8. Step 8: Decide on the public directory

    Choose whether players can find your facility in the AuraZet Sports directory. You can change this any time in Settings.

  9. Step 9: Invite staff (optional) and create

    Add teammates' emails if you want them invited as staff now, complete the security check and choose Create Facility.

  10. Step 10: Verify your email

    We email you a confirmation link. Open it and choose Continue — you're signed in and taken straight to your facility's admin.

What happens next

Your facility exists as soon as you choose Create Facility. After verifying, you land in your admin at yourfacility.booking.aurazet.com/admin. Start with the first-steps checklist.

If something goes wrong

“That name is already taken” or “That name is reserved”
Edit the web address — add your city or a short word. Some words (like admin, sports or help) are reserved.
“Your Free plan allows up to 1 resources”
You added more courts than the Free plan allows. Go back to the courts step, keep one court, and add the others after upgrading.
“That email is already registered”
Setup needs an email without an AuraZet account. Use a different email for the owner account.
