Terms of Service
Version v1 · Effective September 13, 2026
This document is written and maintained in English, which is the authoritative version. The Filipino translation available on this page is provided to help you understand these terms and is not a separate, independently binding version — if the English and Filipino text ever appear to conflict, the English text governs.
Early Access Program Terms
Signing up for AuraZet Commerce today makes you a Founding Merchant / Early Access participant. This is a promotional program, separate from your ongoing use of the Commerce operating system itself, and it works like this:
- Participation includes publishing your public AuraZet store page.
- You'll be asked to share your store page on at least one approved public social channel (Facebook or Instagram) using AuraZet-provided share copy and a unique verification code.
- Your Early Access status stays "pending" until AuraZet confirms your share — either automatically where reliably supported, or through a manual review of the public post you submit — after which your status becomes "active".
- AuraZet never posts on your behalf and never asks for your social media password or login — you perform the post yourself, on your own account, and simply paste the public post's URL back into AuraZet.
- This requirement applies to your Early Access program status, not to your ability to use AuraZet Commerce's core features (point of sale, inventory, staff, reports) — those remain fully available regardless of your verification status.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AuraZet Commerce, the merchant operating system described below ("Commerce", "the Service"). By creating a Commerce account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business, and "you" refers to both you and that business.
2. What AuraZet Commerce is
AuraZet Commerce is a merchant operating system for Philippine micro and small retailers — point of sale, inventory and receiving, staff PINs and shifts, sales reports, and an optional public Store Page — built to work reliably even when your internet connection is unstable.
Commerce is an operational tool for running your own store. It is not an online marketplace, does not process customer-facing ecommerce orders, and does not currently offer integrated customer payments, procurement, logistics, or autonomous AI business actions. Where any roadmap or "coming soon" capability is mentioned on our public pages, it is clearly separated from what is available now, and remains unavailable until AuraZet actually ships it.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account, and the information you give us during signup and onboarding (your name, contact details, and business information) must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and any staff accounts your store creates, including actions taken using staff PINs your store's owner or manager issues.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, staff PINs, and any registered devices secure, and for promptly revoking access for staff who leave or devices that are lost or compromised using the tools Commerce provides (Staff and Devices, under Settings).
18. Early Access social-share verification
Activating full Early Access / Founding Merchant status requires sharing your published Store Page on at least one approved public social channel and submitting the resulting post's public URL back to AuraZet for verification, as described in our Early Access Program Terms. AuraZet never asks for or accepts your social media password or login, and never posts on your behalf.
